  • Shipping & Delivery

    We ship the orders via Royal Mail 24 & 48 hour services in the UK mainland only. We ship within one day of receiving an order usually same working day or the next day (this doesn't apply to Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays in the UK). For large orders we use a fully tracked service and a signature will be required on delivery.

  • If your order is not received within three working days of the estimated delivery date as stated in the Dispatch Confirmation then you should notify us by telephone on 01233501098 or email info@biopurus.co.uk with your order number or using our contact form.

  • International Deliveries

    We also deliver to all EU and international countries. Overseas (non-UK) orders may take up to 7-10 working days to deliver following the date of despatch. International orders can be sent tracked or non-tracked. We strongly recommend that you choose to have your parcel tracked. We just need to confirm the shipping cost with the courier and create a manual order so please ask us on info@biopurus.co.uk or using our contact form for overseas (non-UK) a shipping quote.

  • Privacy & Security

    The information is collected and stored for ordering and administrative process. We collect your Name, Address, Postcode, Email address. We also collect a contac telephone number so that we may contact you urgently in the event of any queries relating to an order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

    None of the information we collect is passed on to any third parties other than those responsible for delivery of your order. Biopurus Ltd will only use the information provided for its own internal marketing purposes providing you have given us to do so. This data will not be shared with any third parties.

    When you visit the website, our web server automatically collects anonymous information such as log data and IP addresses, and may collect general information concerning your location.   • Returns & Replacements

    We hope that you are pleased with your order. Should you wish to return any of the items you bought for any reason, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Replacements can only be made within 14 days of receipt of unwanted goods and 30 days of receipt of faulty/damaged goods contacting us by email or phone. Once your return  is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and it will only be issued to the sender's card - i.e. the card used to purchase the goods in the first instance and will not be made  until the goods are returned.

     

    If an item of return is not notified to us within 14 days of receipt of unwanted goods and 30 days of receipt of faulty/damaged goods it will be considered as sold. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

     

    In the event of your order being damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. If external damage is evident on receipt of goods please sign '' checked and found to be damaged'' . If you fail to do this we may refuse a refund. We will then refund order including postage cost. We may ask for photographic proof of damage.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Ordering

    1. Create an account on our shop. If you don't want to register then you can make a purchase our product without creating an account

    2. Log in by using details used at the registration or use your Facebook or Gmail+ account

    3.When you find a product you are interested in , simply press ''Add to Cart'' button which will direct it to your shopping cart.

    4. Your shopping cart will allow you to add other product or remove selected item.

    5 If you are happy with the content of your shopping cart, please follow simple instructions at ''My cart'' tab such as:

    5a. Accept product in your cart

    5b. Confirm or change your delivery address

    5c.Pay by Stripe (debit/credit card) or PayPal

    5d. Confirm your transaction

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    All cards transactions are processed securely by Stripe  & PayPal they are leaders in professional secure transactions and once you are ready to pay for your order, you will be transferred to their payment system. Your card details are never entered into our website for your protection and Secure Trading use a 256 bit SSL encryption to safeguard your card details as well as their utilisation of the 3D Secure system for even further added protection. If the order is placed in a different country than the United Kingdom, the system will automatically convert your local currency into GBP.

    Every effort is made to ensure that our prices shown on the website are accurate and up to date. If an error is discovered prior to goods being dispatched or collected then you will be contacted and you may cancel your order and we will refund all monies paid.
