Shipping & Delivery

Fast & Reliable Shipping

We dispatch orders using trusted delivery services including Royal Mail and FedEx.

Orders are usually dispatched within one working day — often the same day or the next working day after the order is placed (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

For larger orders, we may use a fully tracked delivery service which may require a signature upon delivery.

Return Timeframes

• Unwanted items: within 14 days of receipt
• Faulty or damaged items: within 30 days of receipt

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will only be returned to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

If returns are not reported within the timeframes above, the goods will be considered accepted.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

If visible damage is present upon delivery, please sign for the parcel as:

“Checked and found to be damaged”

Failure to do so may affect eligibility for a refund claim.

Photographic evidence of damage may also be required.
