Our Biopurus Certified Organic Amaranth Infused Oil is traditionally produced by carefully macerating organically grown Amaranthus caudatus in organic sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus). This gentle infusion process allows the naturally occurring plant compounds of amaranth to be transferred into the carrier oil while preserving the purity and quality expected from a premium unrefined botanical oil.

With its smooth texture and delicate flavour, Amaranth Infused Oil is suitable for both culinary use and natural skincare. It makes an excellent addition to salads, dressings and other cold dishes, while its lightweight texture also absorbs easily into the skin and hair, leaving them feeling soft, smooth and naturally conditioned as part of a daily beauty routine.

Produced without refining or chemical processing, this traditionally prepared organic infused oil offers a simple way to enjoy the natural qualities of amaranth in a versatile oil suitable for both internal and external use.

Directions for Use

Internal use: Take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 teaspoon in the evening before bedtime.

Cold cuisine: Add to salads, dressings and other cold dishes according to taste. Not suitable for frying or high-temperature cooking.

External use: Apply a small amount to clean, slightly damp skin and massage gently until fully absorbed.

For best absorption, we recommend applying the oil after lightly moistening the skin with water, floral water (hydrosol) or your preferred toner.

Suitable for use on the face, body and hair.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. For maximum freshness, we recommend refrigerating after opening. Natural cloudiness or slight solidification may occur at lower temperatures; this is completely normal and disappears once the oil returns to room temperature. Best used within 3 months after opening.
