Biopurus Certified Organic Walnut Oil is cold pressed from carefully selected walnut kernels (Juglans regia) to preserve their naturally occurring fatty acid composition and characteristic nutritional properties. This premium cold pressed, unrefined organic oil has a delicate nutty flavour and smooth texture, making it suitable for both culinary and cosmetic use.

Naturally rich in Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs), including naturally occurring Alpha-Linolenic Acid (Omega-3) and Linoleic Acid (Omega-6), together with Oleic Acid (Omega-9) and naturally occurring Vitamin E (Gamma-Tocopherol), Biopurus Organic Walnut Oil is ideal for salads, dressings, dips and other cold dishes. Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Refrigeration after opening is recommended.

At lower temperatures, the oil may become cloudy or partially solidify. This is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the oil. The oil will return to its normal consistency at room temperature.

For optimum freshness, use within 3 months after opening.

Recommended Use

Internal Use

• 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach.

• 1 teaspoon in the evening before bedtime.

Culinary Use

Suitable for salads, dressings, dips and other cold dishes.

Not suitable for frying or high-temperature cooking.

External Use

Apply a small amount directly to clean, slightly damp skin and massage gently until absorbed.

For best absorption, apply after lightly moistening the skin with water, floral water (hydrosol) or your preferred toner.

Suitable for use on the skin and hair.
