Directions for Use

Internal use: Take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 teaspoon in the evening before bedtime.

Cold cuisine: Add to salads, dressings, yoghurt, smoothies or other cold dishes according to taste. Not suitable for frying or high-temperature cooking.

External use: Apply directly to the skin or hair as required and massage gently until fully absorbed.

Storage: Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. For maximum freshness, we recommend refrigerating after opening. Natural cloudiness or slight solidification may occur at lower temperatures; this is completely normal and disappears once the oil returns to room temperature. Best used within 3 months after opening.
