Our Biopurus Certified Organic Flax Seed Oil is carefully cold pressed from selected flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) using a traditional cold pressing method to preserve their naturally occurring nutrients, valuable fatty acids and characteristic natural composition. This premium unrefined organic oil has a mild, nutty flavour, making it an excellent choice for both culinary use and daily skin and hair care.

Naturally rich in Omega-3 (Alpha-Linolenic Acid – ALA), together with naturally occurring Omega-6 Fatty Acids, Monounsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFAs) and naturally occurring Vitamin E compounds (tocopherols), Flax Seed Oil is one of the richest plant-based sources of Omega-3 fatty acids. It is ideal for salads, dressings, smoothies and other cold dishes. Its lightweight texture also absorbs easily into the skin and hair, leaving them feeling soft, smooth and naturally conditioned.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Refrigeration after opening is recommended.

At lower temperatures, the oil may become cloudy or partially solidify. This is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the oil. The oil will return to its normal consistency at room temperature.

For optimum freshness, use within 3 months after opening.

Directions for Use

Internal Use

• Take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach.

• Take 1 teaspoon in the evening before bedtime.

Culinary Use

Suitable for salads, dressings, smoothies and other cold dishes according to taste.

Not suitable for frying or high-temperature cooking.

External Use

Apply a small amount directly to clean, slightly damp skin and massage gently until fully absorbed.

For best absorption, apply after lightly moistening the skin with water, floral water (hydrosol) or your preferred toner.

Suitable for use on the face, body and hair.
