The seeds are mechanically pressed without roasting and the resulting oil is filtered, helping to preserve its natural character and distinctive seed flavour.

Unlike roasted pumpkin seed oil, this variety is produced from unroasted seeds, giving it a milder and more delicate flavour. It is particularly suitable for cold cuisine, including salads, dressings, dips and drizzling over prepared dishes.

Suggested Use

Internal Use
