Our Biopurus Certified Organic Raspberry Seed Oil is carefully cold pressed from selected raspberry seeds (Rubus idaeus) using a traditional cold pressing method to preserve their naturally occurring nutrients and beneficial fatty acids. This premium unrefined oil is appreciated for its lightweight texture, delicate flavour and exceptional versatility, making it suitable for both culinary use and natural skincare.

Directions for Use

Internal use: Take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 teaspoon in the evening before bedtime.

Cold cuisine: Add to salads, dressings, smoothies or other cold dishes according to taste. Not suitable for frying or high-temperature cooking.

External use: Apply a small amount to clean, slightly damp skin and massage gently until fully absorbed. It may also be used as part of your daily facial, body and haircare routine.

Storage: Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. For maximum freshness, we recommend refrigerating after opening. Natural cloudiness or slight solidification may occur at lower temperatures; this is completely normal and disappears once the oil returns to room temperature. Best used within 3 months after opening.
