Your points accumulate automatically and can be redeemed against future purchases.
Redeeming Your Oil Droplets
Oil Droplets can be used as a discount on future orders.
- Each Oil Droplet is worth 0.5p
- Points can be redeemed against the value of products purchased
- Points cannot be redeemed against shipping charges
- You may redeem points up to the full value of your order, excluding delivery costs
Please note:
- Oil Droplets cannot be combined with discount codes or promotional vouchers.
- If a discount code is used on an order, Oil Droplets will not be awarded for that purchase.

You place an order worth £30.
Amount paid: £30
Oil Droplets earned: 300
Second Order
You place an order worth £20.
Your 300 Oil Droplets are worth £1.50, which can be used as a discount.
Order value: £20
Oil Droplets discount: £1.50
Amount paid: £18.50
You will then earn an additional 185 Oil Droplets from this purchase, which can be used on future orders.

How do I redeem my Oil Droplets?
Add your chosen products to your basket and proceed to checkout as normal.
During checkout, you will have the option to apply your available Oil Droplets to your order.
You may redeem as many points as you have available, up to the value of the products in your basket.
Oil Droplets cannot be used to pay for shipping costs.
