We ship using trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail and FedEx, ensuring reliable service both within the United Kingdom and internationally.

Most orders are dispatched within one working day of receipt, often on the same day when placed before our daily processing cut-off time. Please note that weekends and UK public holidays are not considered working days.

For larger orders, we may use fully tracked delivery services, and a signature may be required upon delivery.

We offer fast delivery throughout the United Kingdom, with free shipping available on orders over £50.

Our warehouse team works hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with most orders leaving our facility either the same day or the following working day.

To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 3:00 PM (UK time). Orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details (where applicable).

This allows you to monitor your parcel's progress and receive delivery updates directly from the carrier.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or peak seasonal demand.

Should any significant delay affect your order, our customer support team will be happy to assist.

Temperature During Transport

All Biopurus cold-pressed oils are carefully packaged for transport. Short-term exposure to normal seasonal temperatures during shipping does not affect the quality, safety, or nutritional properties of the oils.

With over 10 years of supplying customers worldwide, we have not received complaints regarding product quality being affected during transportation. Our oils are naturally stable during normal transit conditions and retain their nutritional value when transported by standard courier services.

International Shipping

We proudly ship our products worldwide.

Available destinations and shipping costs will be displayed automatically during checkout. Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination country, parcel weight, and package dimensions.

All international orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details (where available).

If your order has not arrived within three working days after the estimated delivery date shown in your dispatch confirmation email, please contact our customer support team.
