Biopurus Pure Flaxseed Oil, also known as Linseed Oil, is cold pressed from flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) and left unrefined to help preserve its natural character, distinctive flavour and naturally occurring fatty acid composition.

Flaxseed Oil is naturally particularly rich in unsaturated fatty acids, with polyunsaturated fatty acids representing approximately 78% of the oil. It is especially valued for its naturally high proportion of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), an Omega-3 fatty acid.

With its distinctive, slightly nutty flavour, Flaxseed Oil is an excellent addition to cold cuisine and can be easily incorporated into a varied and balanced diet. It is particularly suitable for salads, dressings, dips, spreads, smoothies and for drizzling over vegetables or other prepared meals.

In addition to culinary use, Flaxseed Oil can also be used externally as part of a regular skin, body and hair care routine.

Suggested Use

Internal Use

Take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 teaspoon in the evening before bedtime.
