Our Biopurus Pure Flax Seed Oil for Dogs & Cats is carefully cold pressed from selected flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) using a traditional cold pressing method to preserve their naturally occurring nutrients, valuable fatty acids and natural composition. This premium unrefined oil is specially prepared as a complementary feed for dogs and cats and may also be used externally as part of a regular coat and skin care routine.

Naturally rich in Omega-3 (Alpha-Linolenic Acid), together with Omega-6 Fatty Acids and naturally occurring tocopherols (Vitamin E compounds), Flax Seed Oil is an excellent addition to a balanced diet, including BARF (Bones and Raw Food) feeding. Its smooth consistency mixes easily with daily meals and may also be applied externally to help keep the coat soft, shiny and well conditioned.

Feeding Instructions

Oral use: Feed 1 teaspoon (approximately 5 ml) per 10 lb (4.5 kg) of body weight, once or twice daily, or as recommended by your veterinary professional.

Mix with your pet's regular food.

External use: Apply a small amount to the coat or skin as required and massage gently.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. For maximum freshness, we recommend refrigerating after opening. Natural cloudiness or slight solidification may occur at lower temperatures; this is completely normal and disappears once the oil returns to room temperature. Best used within 3 months after opening.
