Biopurus Organic Black Cumin Seed Oil – HTQ (High Thymoquinone) is a premium quality oil cold pressed from 100% organic Egyptian black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa L.).
The oil is produced by cold pressing and left unrefined to help preserve its natural character, distinctive aroma, intense flavour and naturally occurring components.
What makes this particular Black Cumin Seed Oil special is its high Thymoquinone (TQ) content of ≥ 1.5%, confirmed by GC/FID chromatographic analysis.
Thymoquinone is a naturally occurring compound characteristic of Nigella sativa and its concentration can vary depending on the seeds, their geographical origin and the resulting oil. Our HTQ oil is specifically selected for its high Thymoquinone content.
Black Cumin Seed Oil has a distinctive, aromatic and slightly bitter-spicy flavour. It can be enjoyed as part of cold cuisine and may be added to salads, dips, dressings and other prepared foods.
