Our Biopurus Certified Organic Black Cumin Seed Oil is carefully cold pressed from 100% selected Egyptian Black Cumin Seeds (Nigella sativa) using a traditional cold pressing method to preserve their naturally occurring nutrients, characteristic spicy aroma and distinctive flavour. This premium unrefined oil is appreciated for its exceptional purity and versatility, making it suitable for both culinary use and natural skincare.

Naturally rich in essential fatty acids, including Omega-6 and Omega-9, Black Cumin Seed Oil also contains naturally occurring antioxidants and plant compounds, including naturally occurring thymoquinone, a characteristic constituent of black cumin seeds. Directions for Use

Internal use: Take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 teaspoon in the evening before bedtime.

Cold cuisine: Add to salads, dressings, dips or other cold dishes according to taste. Not suitable for frying or high-temperature cooking.

External use: Apply a small amount to clean, slightly damp skin and massage gently until fully absorbed.

For best absorption, we recommend applying the oil after lightly moistening the skin with water, floral water (hydrosol) or your preferred toner.

Suitable for use on the face, body and hair.

Storage: Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. For maximum freshness, we recommend refrigerating after opening. Natural cloudiness or slight solidification may occur at lower temperatures; this is completely normal and disappears once the oil returns to room temperature. Best used within 3 months after opening.
