Biopurus Certified Organic Macadamia Oil is cold pressed from carefully selected organic macadamia nuts (Macadamia ternifolia) to preserve their naturally occurring fatty acid composition and valuable nutritional properties. This premium cold pressed, unrefined organic oil has a delicate buttery flavour and smooth texture, making it suitable for both culinary and cosmetic use.
Naturally rich in Monounsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFAs), particularly Oleic Acid (Omega-9), Biopurus Organic Macadamia Oil also contains naturally occurring Palmitoleic Acid (Omega-7) and is an excellent source of healthy fats. With approximately 82% monounsaturated fatty acids, it is one of the richest natural plant oils in MUFAs. Its naturally high smoke point of approximately 210°C also makes it suitable for higher-temperature cooking, in addition to salads, dressings and everyday culinary use.
Its nourishing composition also makes it suitable for external skin and hair care, helping to leave skin feeling soft and hair smooth and conditioned.

Storage
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Refrigeration after opening is recommended.
At lower temperatures, the oil may become cloudy or partially solidify. This is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the oil. The oil will return to its normal consistency at room temperature.
For optimum freshness, use within 3 months after opening.
Recommended Use
Internal Use
• 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach.
• 1 teaspoon in the evening before bedtime.
Culinary Use
Suitable for salads, dressings, marinades and everyday cooking. Thanks to its naturally high smoke point (approximately 210°C), it is also suitable for higher-temperature cooking.
External Use
Apply a small amount directly to clean, slightly damp skin and massage gently until absorbed.
For best absorption, apply after lightly moistening the skin with water, floral water (hydrosol) or your preferred toner.
Suitable for use on the face, body and hair.
