Biopurus Pure Milk Thistle Seed Oil is cold pressed from carefully selected milk thistle seeds (Silybum marianum) using a gentle mechanical process to preserve the oil's naturally occurring properties and characteristic fatty acid profile.

This premium raw, unrefined oil is naturally particularly rich in unsaturated fatty acids, with polyunsaturated fatty acids representing approximately 54% and monounsaturated fatty acids approximately 30% of the oil. Milk thistle seeds are traditionally valued for their naturally occurring plant compounds and have a long history of use as part of a varied and balanced diet.

The oil has a mild, pleasant flavour and is particularly suitable for cold cuisine, including salads, dressings, dips and other prepared dishes. It can also be used externally as part of a regular skin and hair care routine.

Suggested Use

Internal Use

Take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 teaspoon in the evening before bedtime.

Culinary Use

Ideal for cold cuisine and particularly suitable for:

• dips and spreads
• yoghurt or other cold foods
• drizzling over prepared dishes

Use according to taste and the amount of food.

External Use

Apply a small amount to clean, slightly damp skin and massage gently until absorbed.

For best absorption, apply to skin lightly moistened with water, floral water (hydrosol) or your preferred toner.
