Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), also known as Lingzhi, has been valued in traditional Asian cultures for centuries. The oil is produced exclusively from the spores of the mushroom using a solvent-free CO₂ extraction process, resulting in a highly concentrated, pure botanical oil with its naturally occurring compounds preserved.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Refrigeration after opening is recommended.

At lower temperatures, the oil may become cloudy or partially solidify. This is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the oil. The oil will return to its normal consistency at room temperature.

For optimum freshness, use within 3 months after opening.

Recommended Use

Internal Use

• 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach.

• 1 teaspoon in the evening before bedtime.

Culinary Use

Add to smoothies or other cold foods according to taste.

Not suitable for frying or high-temperature cooking.

External Use

Apply a small amount directly to clean, slightly damp skin and massage gently until absorbed.

For best absorption, apply after lightly moistening the skin with water, floral water (hydrosol) or your preferred toner.

Suitable for use on the skin and hair.
